SHIPPING: All express orders received into our system before 2PM CST will ship the same business day. All express orders received after 2PM CST will ship the following business day. All ground orders ship within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
The delivery date is only guaranteed for Next Day and 2nd Day shipment methods; we will make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete customer satisfaction.
UPS will not guarantee a specific delivery time of day, deliveries are scheduled to arrive by the end of business day.
ORDERING: Please provide a complete address, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. When ever possible please provide a telephone number for the recipient. Correct addresses and telephone number will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. If a package is returned by UPS due to a bad address a charge of $20.00 will apply along with additional shipping charges. If a package is returned by UPS due to refusal or non-availability of a recipient a charge of 20.00 will apply. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns: If the Baby Shower Gift Basket is not wanted or you are not completely satisfied please notify us within two (2) business days of receipt of gift basket. The gift basket can be shipped back at your expense. To receive a full refund the gift basket must be unopened and un tampered with. Please call 770 922-1171.
Damages: Damage claims must be filed within two (2) business days of receipt of gift basket. No refund will be offered if the gift basket is not available for pick up. Please call 770 922-1171.
SUBSTITUTIONS: All gift baskets shipped will have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them; however, we do reserve the right to make substitutions as long as the item is of equal or greater value. We do our best to substitute within the same “family” of products at all times.
